Refund policy
You have 100 days from the original purchase date to return your purchased item(s) for a full refund minus a 18% return shipping and handling fee (we pay for return shipping). Items must be returned in a new and unused condition in the original shipping box. Items that are damaged, dented or scratched may be denied a return. Please return items with all accessories and packaging. This return policy only applies to products sold through BisbeeBaby.com.
To start a return, contact us at support@bisbeebaby.com. Please be sure to provide us your original order #. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you no longer have access to that payment method, then you'll need to contact the bank or agency of the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
